Work Environment\n

This position is entirely remote, allowing you to provide high-quality care from the comfort of your home or any suitable environment. Our telehealth platform is user-friendly, enabling seamless interactions with clients and facilitating ongoing support. While maintaining a traditional Monday to Friday work schedule from 9 AM to 4 PM, you will also have some flexibility in adjusting your hours based on patient needs. Minimal paperwork ensures that you spend more time focusing on client care rather than administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to identify client needs and create individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions tailored to clients' unique challenges, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Maintain precise and confidential clinical records in compliance with all relevant HIPAA regulations and standards.

• Work collaboratively with our team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients encompass a diverse demographic, including individuals facing various mental health issues such as anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master's level education in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Candidates must hold an active license to practice in the state as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).
