This position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, enabling you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own space. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments using standardized tools to evaluate patients' needs, risks, and strengths.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other therapeutic modalities.

• Facilitate one-on-one and group therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, ensuring a safe and welcoming therapeutic environment.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups that empower clients to manage their mental health and foster community connections.
\n
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, peer support specialists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and reinforce a holistic treatment approach.

• Provide crisis intervention services, including immediate support and resources for clients experiencing mental health emergencies.
\n
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health record (EHR) systems, ensuring adherence to legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client confidentiality.

• Participate in regular case consultations, interdisciplinary team meetings, and professional development opportunities, engaging actively to share insights and improve practices.

• Stay informed about the latest research, clinical guidelines, and advancements within the mental health field to enhance the quality of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and families, across various backgrounds and cultures. Our patients often face challenges related to trauma, chronic stress, relationship issues, and severe mental disorders. You will have the opportunity to cultivate therapeutic relationships with clients, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs and circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, or LCSW-R in the state of practice.

• Demonstrated proficiency in conducting mental health assessments and creating effective treatment plans tailored to specific client needs.

• Solid understanding of various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based interventions.
\n
• Experience in delivering individual and group therapy in a telehealth setting, with a keen sensitivity to the challenges associated with remote service delivery.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating rapport-building and fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance.

• Strong ethical foundation and the ability to maintain professional boundaries while promoting client empowerment.

• Proficiency in utilizing EHR systems and technology for teletherapy services.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of experience providing mental health counseling services in a clinical setting.

• Certification in trauma-informed care or other specialized therapeutic approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n
