P&C Insurance Sales Agent

To support a growing team, the fully remote P&C Insurance Sales Agent will sell auto and homeowners insurance policies, assist prospects in comparing coverage options, and foster long-term customer relationships through effective cross-selling strategies. Key responsibilities Assist prospects in comparing carrier and policy alternatives to secure the right coverage at an affordable rate Quote and sell through multiple insurance carriers and the EZLynx quoting platform Participate in daily sales huddles to prepare for the day and review key successes or opportunities Required qualifications Currently hold a resident state P&C Insurance license; additional non-resident licenses are a plus Proven track record of success in a contact center sales role Experience selling multiple insurance products, including auto and home insurance Familiarity with the EZLynx platform preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and meet sales goals consistently
