Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, group, and family therapy to a designated client population, focusing on evidence-based practices.

• Evaluate and engage with children and families facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and behavioral issues, ensuring they meet medical necessity and DSM V diagnostic criteria.

• Develop and facilitate psycho-educational initiatives, such as parenting classes and therapeutic workshops, catering to the needs of our diverse clientele.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including client case materials, program forms, and statistical data, to comply with clinical and legal standards.

• Complete necessary charting and reporting in a timely manner to ensure optimal client management and service continuity.

• Meet organizational billing requirements by documenting and billing a set number of reimbursable hours, contributing to the clinic's financial health.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
