We are seeking an Entry Level Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Pomona, CA.

Responsibilities & Skills Required

Reconciling and invoice posting
Vendor management
Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and planning skills
Problem identification and resolution skills
Written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications

Minimum of 1–3 years of Accounts Payable experience
Proficiency in JDE, Excel, and QuickBooks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) desired
Knowledge of basic mathematical concepts (add, subtract, divide, multiply, percentages) and accounting principles
