Product Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Product Analyst in Covington, KY.

Summary:
This role leads to discovery and requirements-gathering efforts, translating complex business challenges into actionable solutions while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations. Working across business and technology teams, the analyst drives alignment and ensures partner needs are accurately represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role also supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement efforts to deliver scalable and organizational results.

Duties:
* Lead analysis activities, including crafting detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design
* Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance teams to facilitate collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and effective decision-making
* Support solution delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support

REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries
* Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements
* Possess strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, demonstrating skills in evaluating complex business situations and developing practical, scalable solutions
* Demonstrates strong ownership, adaptability, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize while maintaining a focus on quality and business outcomes
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and solution implementation
* Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a proven track record to influence cross-functional teams across

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
