Our client seeks a Product Analyst for the Stock Plan Services Customer Solutions organization. The role partners with product leaders, stakeholders, technology, operations, and compliance to define, analyze, and deliver solutions that support equity compensation products and services. The analyst will lead discovery and requirements efforts, translate complex business challenges into actionable solutions, and ensure partner needs are represented throughout the project lifecycle. The role supports solution validation, process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement to deliver scalable results.

Rate: $48.00 to $52.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:

• Lead analysis activities including discovery, detailed requirements, documentation, business impact assessments, and future-state solution design.
• Build strong partnerships across business, operations, technology, and compliance to facilitate collaboration, alignment, and effective decision-making.
• Support delivery through requirements testing, business acceptance validation, implementation readiness, and post-deployment support.
• Drive alignment across business and technology teams while balancing operational, regulatory, and customer considerations.
• Support process improvement, change readiness, and continuous enhancement initiatives.

Experience Requirements:

• 6 to 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, and solution delivery within financial services, equity compensation, or related industries.
• Proven experience gathering, documenting, managing, and validating complex business and functional requirements.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, process analysis, and problem-solving skills with experience supporting business transformation and implementation.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and partner management capabilities with a track record influencing cross-functional teams.
• Coachable self-starter who takes initiative and adapts to evolving environments while managing competing priorities.
