Work Environment\n

Our work setting is fully remote, allowing for flexibility while ensuring that we maintain a collaborative approach among team members. While most sessions occur through telehealth, our outpatient facility in Goodyear remains a resource for in-person consultations as required. This setup enables our therapists to connect with clients across various geographic locations while accommodating their busy schedules, including offering evening and weekend hours when necessary.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health challenges, strengths, and existing resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing evidence-based modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed approaches.

• Design, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans, ensuring clear and achievable therapeutic goals are established.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team—including psychiatrists and psychologists—to coordinate seamless, high-quality care tailored to each client's needs.

• Engage in crisis intervention, applying risk assessment methodologies and safety planning when necessary to ensure client welfare.
\n
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards, demonstrating a commitment to professionalism and accountability.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducational classes, and support groups, enhancing the therapeutic experience for clients and promoting community support.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred, candidates with robust training or clinical internships will also be considered. Compensation and Benefits\n
