Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed assessments to understand clients' mental health needs, formulating individualized treatment plans that promote well-being and healing.

• Employ various therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), during one-on-one and group counseling sessions.

• Provide specialized therapy for clients suffering from PTSD, creating a safe space conducive to healing.

• Effectively manage cases by coordinating inter-disciplinary services, ensuring clients receive comprehensive, holistic care.

• Maintain thorough progress notes and documentation in accordance with ICD-9 standards, to track client trajectories and outcomes.

• Engage with a diverse client population through family counseling sessions, addressing dynamics and strategies that foster healthier relationships.

• Collaborate regularly with multidisciplinary teams to enhance overall care quality and to align on best practices for client management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMFT will primarily work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging between $85,000.00 to $117,000.00 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
