Office Administrator (Plumbing Company)

PIPECO MASTER

Job Description Job Description We are seeking a full-time Office Administrator for our full-service Plumbing Company. You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success. We are looking for a candidate who is looking for a long-time career and to grow with us. Responsibilities: Draft correspondences and other formal documents Plan, schedule, and attend appointments, meetings and events Assist with project scheduling and coordination Update accounting and billing system Handle accounts payable/receivable Greet and assist onsite guests Answer inbound telephone calls Develop and implement organized filing systems Perform all other office tasks required to run office operations on a daily basis Qualifications: Computer literate with knowledge in Quickbooks, Adobe, Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Word Previous experience in office administration or other related fields Ability to prioritize and multitask Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail ​Strong organizational skills Responsible and able to work alone and with a team Dispatching experience a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Knowledgeable with plumbing material and jobs a plus If interested please submit your resume through ZipRecruiter or send to View email address on click.appcast.io
