Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based strategies tailored to meet client needs.

• Perform comprehensive assessments during initial client interactions to gather relevant personal and medical histories.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.

• Active licensure in the state of California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or an equivalent credential.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Demonstrated ability to work independently while also being an effective team player.
