Job Description Apex Systems is hiring an HR Assistant for a large Healthcare client. Job Number 3046450 Location Pleasanton, California (Hybrid - will require 1-2 days a week in office). Contract Duration 12 month contract Role Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Consultant to support HR Administration. The role involves processing specific HR operations tasks, providing consultative duties around off-boarding and schedule changes, and managing workforce analytics. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong customer service skills who can collaborate with internal business partners and maintain record management for internal systems. Key Responsibilities Process specific tasks under HR operations, including off-boarding (terminations) and schedule hour changes. Provide consultative duties and communicate policies effectively. Manage record-keeping for the internal workforce system. Perform data analysis to support business initiatives, including yearly and ad-hoc reporting. Monitor compliance of work activities to ensure adherence to policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal business partners on specific HR tasks. Manage moderately complex projects or project components and participate in change management activities. Review information produced by content developers for accuracy, consistency, and quality. Required Qualifications HSD/GED required three (3) years of experience in consulting, project management, data analytics, and operations. Working knowledge of MS Office (Word & Excel). Strong organizational and communication skills. Typing speed of 35-50 wpm. Preferred Qualifications Previous HR experience. Excellent client relations skills. Strong project management and coordination skills. Excellent interpersonal skills.
