Key Responsibilities Lead the full business development cycle: networking, identifying opportunities, qualifying leads, and closing deals Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with Venturity’s values and service offerings Set clear expectations and foster trust in client relationships Champion Venturity’s brand through active marketing and outreach Design and implement go-to-market strategies that drive measurable growth Inspire and guide cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals—without direct reporting lines Representing Venturity at marketing events and contribute to new campaign development Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution 5-7 years of direct professional service and advisory business development experience.
