Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health statuses to identify needs and develop evidence-based treatment plans.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to provide individual counseling sessions designed to promote mental wellness.

• Set collaborative, achievable therapeutic goals with clients and regularly monitor their progress, adjusting treatment as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Offer teletherapy options to ensure accessibility for clients with mobility or transportation challenges, utilizing secure virtual platforms.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with ethical and regulatory standards, utilizing electronic health records (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in ongoing trainings and workshops to stay current with evolving practices in mental health therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Allegiant, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and more. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
