Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized therapeutic sessions with adolescents, employing solution-focused techniques to help them navigate current and future challenges.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate treatment plans, evaluate crisis situations, and facilitate effective interventions.

• Perform crisis intervention assessments, utilizing evidence-based tools to ensure effective treatment planning.

• Provide specialized services to adolescents dealing with severe mental illness, cognitive impairments, or developmental disabilities, customizing care to meet diverse needs.

• Lead group therapy sessions on various relevant mental health topics, fostering peer support and shared learning among participants.

• Maintain thorough documentation, creating concise notes for intake processes, treatment plans, and ongoing client progress.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary range for this position is USD 80,000 to 120,000, commensurate with your experience, education, and skills.
