This full-time position allows for remote work while still maintaining active participation in a collaborative clinic setting. Our standard working hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts required based on the varying needs of our patients. Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a therapist at Tranquil Talk Therapy, your primary focus will be on children and adolescents facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in New Jersey.

• Strong understanding of child and adolescent mental health disorders, therapeutic approaches, and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Proven experience in providing both individual and family therapy to young clients.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, paired with a compassionate, child-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
