Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to diagnose and treat various mental, emotional, and behavioral disorders.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are regularly updated based on client progress and alterations in their mental health status.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to coordinate care and implement discharge plans to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support for clients.

• Educate clients and their families about available community resources, advocate on their behalf, and facilitate referrals to additional services, such as support groups or specialist consultations.

• Maintain compliance with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations, adhering to the ethical standards of the Mental Health Practice Act.

• Utilize our integrated software to manage cases, document client interactions, and communicate effectively with other healthcare providers.

• When necessary, provide support and debriefing to team members following difficult events, in alignment with our Employee Assistance Program.

• Identify at-risk patients who may face delays or complexities in their care and collaborate with the team to find optimal solutions.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

• Strong understanding of and experience with community mental health resources, enabling effective referral management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we offer a sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 for eligible candidates.
