Work Environment\n

This remote role utilizes telehealth technology to facilitate therapy sessions with clients, emphasizing flexibility and work-life balance. You will follow a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patients' psychological needs and collaboratively develop effective and personalized treatment plans tailored to those needs.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based strategies, to provide individual and group therapy sessions.

• Lead psychoeducational workshops and support groups designed to foster community, reduce stigma, and provide education on mental health topics.

• Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a cohesive approach to patient wellness.

• Provide crisis intervention and emergency support, demonstrating proficiency in assessing and managing acute mental health situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse client base experiencing various mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey is mandatory.
