Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and functional evaluations, to determine rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans drawing from evidence-based practices in orthopedic physical therapy.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques and soft tissue mobilization to facilitate optimal recovery.
• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary, ensuring alignment with their rehabilitation goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and other healthcare professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families about injury prevention, rehabilitation processes, and self-management strategies for continued progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient treatment processes and outcomes, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution, with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred.
• State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) by the Physical Therapy Examining Committee.
• At least 2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in manual therapy and rehabilitation principles.

• Experience working in a direct access setting, facilitating patients' ability to receive care without a physician's referral.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $120,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
