This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our work hours are structured from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 4 PM, with some flexibility in scheduling to accommodate patient needs. Our digital tools and telehealth systems facilitate effective communication and support client engagement.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments for clients, utilizing evidence-based practices and solution-focused interventions to create personalized treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic sessions using a variety of modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other specialized techniques aimed at promoting client resilience.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records that are accurate and confidential, ensuring that all documentation complies with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors, to enhance the quality of care and share innovative therapeutic strategies.

• Engage in regular case consultations and peer review meetings that foster a culture of continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health disorders, treatment options, and community resources, equipping them with the tools for ongoing recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will focus on working with individuals from a diverse range of backgrounds and life experiences, including those dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California is essential.
