Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to inform treatment planning, including the creation of pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies.

• Develop positive behavior support plans and medication treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based screening tools as required.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the highest standard of care, advocating for clients as needed within community support systems.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, adhering to all regulatory standards and ensuring compliance with agency policies.

• Assist the Clinic Director with administrative duties and other tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications\n
