Customer Support Specialist II | Tues - Sat. 10AM - 6:30PM

Abbott seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to handle inbound and outbound communications from healthcare providers and internal teams in a remote, customer care center environment. The role involves resolving service issues, maintaining knowledge of sales policies, and supporting process improvements across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, voicemail, and email from providers and sales teams
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints with appropriate escalation
• Maintain current knowledge of sales policies, organizational structure, and territory assignments
• Document new procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Meet attendance and schedule expectations while adhering to Quality Management System policies

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• Three or more years of customer service experience
• Three or more years in sales or customer service focused on exceptional customer experience
• Strong verbal and written communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently, maintain schedule adherence, and multitask with computer and telephone
• 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Healthcare industry contact center experience preferred

Compensation: $17.00–$34.00/hour
