Customer Support Specialist II | Tues - Sat. 10AM - 6:30PM

Abbott seeks a Customer Support Specialist II to handle inbound and outbound customer contacts from healthcare providers and internal teams. The role involves resolving service issues, maintaining knowledge of sales policies, and supporting process improvements in a remote, customer care environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound customer contacts via phone, voicemail, and email
• Investigate and resolve customer questions, service issues, and complaints
• Maintain current knowledge of sales policies and organizational structure
• Document procedures and identify opportunities for process improvement
• Meet attendance, schedule, and quality management system compliance requirements

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
• 3+ years customer service experience
• 3+ years sales or customer service environment experience
• Strong verbal, written, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple communication channels
• 18 years or older; authorized to work in United States
• Healthcare contact center experience preferred

Compensation: $17.00–$34.00/hour
