Key Responsibilities

As the Accounts Payable Clerk, you will:

• Process and review invoices for accuracy and proper approval
• Assist with claim check processing and payment support activities
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies as needed
• Maintain accurate vendor and payment records
• Support accounts payable reporting and reconciliation activities
• Assist with other accounting and administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications

Ideal candidates for this Accounts Payable Clerk role will have:

• Prior accounts payable experience required
• Experience processing invoices in a medium-volume environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with IAS is a strong plus
