Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to identify patient needs, set functional goals, and develop tailored treatment plans that address specific rehabilitation objectives.
• Manage a dedicated patient caseload, treating one patient per hour to ensure focused, quality care while maintaining a high standard of therapy.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions, including manual therapy techniques, exercise prescriptions, and modality treatments, with the goal of enhancing muscle strength and joint function.
• Monitor patient progress continuously, adjusting care plans as needed in response to treatment outcomes and patient feedback.
• Reduce dependency on medications where possible and explore alternative therapeutic options prior to recommending surgical interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare professionals, including orthopedic surgeons and primary care physicians, to provide coordinated care.
• Create educational materials and workshops to engage patients and their families in their recovery and encourage injury prevention strategies.
• Thoroughly document all treatments, outcomes, and patient interactions in accordance with clinic protocol and best practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This full-time physical therapist position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
