Work Environment\n

Typical office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (PST).

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

• An active license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) is essential.

• At least two years of post-graduate experience providing therapy or counseling in a clinical setting.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients in a virtual environment.

• Experience with telehealth platforms, although not mandatory, is highly preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
