Key Responsibilities\n \n Provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy to clients via virtual platforms, employing a CBT approach to addressing their mental health needs. \n Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment plans utilizing our streamlined electronic medical record (EMR) system. \n Participate in weekly clinical consultations with fellow therapists to share insights, discuss cases, and enhance therapeutic strategies. \n Engage in continuous learning and professional development through accessible Continuing Education Units (CEUs) offered by the company. \n Adhere to scheduled weekday hours, with no requirements for nights, weekends, or on-call duties, promoting a balance between professional commitments and personal life. \n Patient Population / Client Focus\n You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n \n Active and independent license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida. \n A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a behavioral health field is required. \n A minimum of two years of relevant experience in the mental health field, with at least one year of experience in an independent licensure capacity. \n Preferred Experience\n \n Demonstrated proficiency in utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and familiarity with digital mental health tools and platforms. \n Experience in teletherapy or similar remote therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. \n Compensation and Benefits\n Your expertise will be rewarded with a competitive salary range of $100,000–$110,000 annually.
