Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families, identifying unique needs and presenting concerns.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for both patients and families, tailoring approaches based on assessment outcomes to facilitate meaningful healing and growth.

• Navigate administrative duties efficiently by completing billing, documentation, individualized treatment plans, and insurance authorization forms within set deadlines.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans, safety strategies, relapse prevention frameworks, and wellness plans that empower clients to maintain stable functioning in everyday life.

• Create detailed discharge plans that ensure continuity of care and support for clients transitioning out of active therapy.

• Maintain compliance with all federal and state laws, adhere to regulatory requirements, and follow established NEHS policies and procedures.

• Engage in continuous professional development through training, workshops, and continuing education to enhance clinical skills and competencies.

• Participate actively in case consultations and agency meetings, contributing to collaborative treatment planning and interdisciplinary efforts.

• Complete all licensure renewals and mandatory training as required by the state and professional boards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will serve a diverse client base representative of the Phoenix community, addressing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a closely related field that qualifies for licensure.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and licensure.
