Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual psychotherapy sessions, lasting 45-50 minutes, to address behavioral health issues and provide emotional support for patients.

• Evaluate patient symptoms, risk factors, and personal circumstances to establish accurate diagnoses and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Design and implement evidence-based strategies within treatment plans, aligning with the latest standards in behavioral health care.

• Regularly re-evaluate patient treatment plans to adapt to changing conditions, ensuring patient safety and enhancing therapeutic outcomes.

• Facilitate communication within the integrated clinical team and external healthcare partners, ensuring that any unusual or emergent situations are escalated promptly.

• Utilize behavioral change techniques such as mindfulness and motivational interviewing to enhance patient engagement.

• Document each therapy session accurately and completely, employing our robust electronic health record system to ensure continuity of care.
