Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing emotional and psychological support to patients receiving hospice care, who may be experiencing a range of mental health challenges associated with terminal illnesses. As an LCSW, you will work with individuals coping with grief, anxiety, and depression, while also providing support to family members during a critical and often painful time.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in New York State.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical social work experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospice setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
