Key Responsibilities\n

The Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist will undertake a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments of clients to determine their individual needs and goals, facilitating the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Engaging in therapy sessions across various formats—individual, couples, families, and groups—to provide targeted interventions and support.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and modifying treatment approaches in response to their evolving needs, ensuring optimal therapeutic outcomes.

• Utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, as appropriate for each client's unique situation.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate clinical records in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and referring clients to additional resources or services when necessary.

• Facilitating parent support groups and leading discussions on critical topics like adoption and the impacts of prenatal substance exposure.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
