Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive and strength-based assessments for new patients and their families to understand their unique needs.

• Provide tailored individual and family therapy sessions to address the identified challenges and goals of patients.

• Manage documentation processes, including billing, treatment plans, and insurance authorizations, ensuring they are completed accurately and within specified timeframes.

• Develop comprehensive crisis plans and safety protocols as necessary to aid in the stabilization of patients.

• Create well-thought-out discharge plans aimed at facilitating ongoing care post-therapy.

• Adhere to all relevant federal and state laws, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies to ensure compliance and uphold ethical standards.

• Participate actively in case consultations and team meetings to enhance service delivery and share insights.

• Engage in professional development through ongoing training and mandatory licensure updates to maintain and improve therapeutic competencies.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or a related field that satisfies licensing requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n
