Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to understand the emotional and psychological needs of students, couples, and families.

• Deliver individualized counseling and psychotherapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic interventions tailored to each client's unique situation.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate measurable goals and recovery strategies, involving clients in the decision-making process.

• Advocate for clients within the school setting and community, connecting them with vital social services, resources for financial aid, housing support, or specialized programs.

• Provide crisis intervention for students facing acute mental health issues, including self-harm or substance use challenges, ensuring their immediate safety and long-term support.

• Participate in workshops and training sessions aimed at enhancing mental health awareness in the community, working proactively to reduce stigma associated with mental health issues.

• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to HIPAA and applicable state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve students from diverse backgrounds who may be experiencing emotional challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or behavioral issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
