Job Responsibilities

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and design personalized therapy regimens that drive them toward their functional objectives
• Implement Evidence-Based Therapies: Employ proven methods to enhance patients' motor abilities, cognitive skills, and day-to-day functions
• Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Partner with OTs, PTs, STs, doctors, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive and patient-centered care
• Educate Patients and Families: Guide patients and their loved ones in therapeutic techniques to facilitate continued progress at home
• Assess and Document Progress: Monitor treatment results and modify plans as necessary, ensuring patients remain on their path to recovery

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Continuous professional development and advanced certifications are both encouraged and supported

Licenses and Certifications

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification mandatory
