Employee Relations Specialist

We are partnering with a leading manufacturing company seeking two Employee Relations Specialists to join its HR team. These roles are responsible for fostering positive employee relations, ensuring consistent application of company policies, supporting compliance initiatives, and partnering with leaders to improve employee engagement and workplace culture. Relocation reimbursement available for individuals 75+ miles from the facility. Available Schedules Monday – Friday | 10:00 AM – 7:00 P MMonday – Friday | 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM Responsibilities esConduct employee relations investigations and resolve workplace concern s.Provide guidance to leaders on HR policies, employee relations matters, and complianc e.Manage ADA accommodations and support the interactive proces s.Analyze employee relations trends and recommend improvements to enhance morale and engagemen t.Assist with performance management, policy interpretation, and corrective action s.Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEOC guidelines, and company policie s.Partner with management to create a positive, productive work environmen Qualifications onsBachelor's degree requir ed.Experience managing ADA accommodations and the interactive process is requir ed.PWFA (Pregnant Workers Fairness Act) experience is preferr ed.2+ years of Employee Relations or relevant HR experien ce.Manufacturing HR experience is a pl us.Strong knowledge of employment law, investigations, conflict resolution, and HR best practic es.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skil If you're passionate about employee advocacy, compliance, and building a positive workplace culture, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Freemont Yardley Search
