Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' needs and develop effective, individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver targeted therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and mindfulness techniques, to support client growth and healing.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals and regularly monitor client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to ensure the best outcomes.

• Utilize teletherapy methods to conduct virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility for clients with transportation issues or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment progress, and outcome measures in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies.

• Participate in regular consultations with colleagues and engage in continuous professional development through training and workshops.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current and valid state license as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
