Key Responsibilities\n

• Supervise and oversee the clinical care provided to a diverse caseload of patients, applying advanced techniques and ethical considerations in therapy.

• Conduct individualized or group therapy sessions, performing thorough assessments to identify each patient’s unique psychological needs, while maintaining complete and accurate treatment logs.

• Develop and execute comprehensive treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, tailoring interventions to meet their specific goals and challenges.

• Utilize clinical expertise to manage crisis situations effectively, providing immediate and therapeutic interventions to patients and their families.

• Deliver personalized counseling services, including individual, couple, and family therapy, while facilitating referrals to specialized professionals as appropriate.

• Assess ongoing needs through regular evaluations and adapt care strategies to ensure continued progress in treatment.

• Engage patients in educational and supportive programs, promoting their understanding of mental health and available resources.

• Maintain accurate documentation, including strategy outlines and progress summaries, aiding in the overall care structure and compliance.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work with a variety of clients, ranging from adolescents to adults, who may exhibit a range of psychological conditions including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. Our patients often experience significant barriers to mental wellness, and this role is integral in providing the support necessary for them to achieve substantial personal growth and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• A current and valid license to practice as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Crestwood Care Consultants offers a competitive compensation structure, with full-time salaries ranging from $90,000 to $135,000 annually, based on experience and state licensure guidelines. Additional benefits include:
