Sales Director

Job Description

The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Responsibilities

\n

• Build relationships with existing clients through outbound and inbound activities
\n
• Identifying and cultivating new clients through outbound activities
\n
• Partner closely with OneStream software reps to support active cycles
\n
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement sales strategies for achieving and exceeding quota
\n
• Understand customer needs and tailor sales pitch to align with their objectives
\n
• Conduct presentations of OneStream consulting services to prospective clients
\n
• Track and report sales activity, including pipeline and forecast, using sales CRM
\n
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service
\n
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
\n
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products
\n
• Collaborates with marketing to develop GTM strategies for respective territories replace the red one
\n

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
\n
• 5+ years' of sales experience
\n
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
\n
