We’re working exclusively with a growing Salesforce consultancy entering an exciting new phase of expansion across the US.

With an established delivery capability, an existing North American sales team and a clear strategy to grow its consulting business, the company is now looking for a senior sales leader to help accelerate that journey!

\n

\n

This is a true player-coach position.

\n

\n

You’ll be responsible for driving your own revenue, developing key client relationships, supporting and coaching an existing sales team, and helping shape the commercial strategy as the business moves further into the mid-market and enterprise space.

\n

\n

The Role

\n

\n

You will take ownership of sales growth across the US consulting business, combining hands-on business development with leadership and strategic input.

\n

\n

Key responsibilities will include:

\n

\n
• Driving new business across Salesforce consulting and professional services
\n
• Carrying and delivering against a personal sales quota
\n
• Developing relationships with mid-market and enterprise customers
\n
• Coaching and supporting an existing US sales team
\n
• Building stronger relationships across the Salesforce ecosystem
\n
• Helping refine go-to-market strategy, sales process and account development
\n
• Supporting the expansion of the consulting offering and US market presence
\n
• Taking genuine ownership of execution and commercial results
\n

What We’re Looking For

\n

\n

We’re interested in speaking with experienced Salesforce sales leaders who have a strong track record within Salesforce professional services.

\n

\n

Ideally, you will bring:

\n

\n
• Significant experience selling Salesforce consulting and professional services
\n
• A proven track record of personally winning new business
\n
• Experience building or scaling a consultancy, sales function or market presence
\n
• Strong leadership and coaching capabilities
\n
• Experience selling into GRB, mid-market and enterprise customers
\n
• Strong relationships and credibility within the Salesforce ecosystem
\n
• Manufacturing sector experience is essential
\n
• Experience across High-Tech would also be valuable
\n
• A hands-on, entrepreneurial approach rather than a purely managerial background
\n

This role would particularly suit someone who has helped grow a boutique or mid-sized consultancy and enjoys being close to customers, deals and delivery.

\n
