\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for an experienced Sales Director to lead business development and sales growth in the U.S. market.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to grow the U.S. market \n
- Build and maintain relationships with key automotive customers and partners \n
- Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition \n
- Lead negotiations, sales projects, and long-term account development \n
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth \n
Requirements
\n- \n
- 5+ years of experience in automotive, metal stamping, or manufacturing sales \n
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience \n
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills \n
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment \n
- Willingness to travel as needed \n
