Work Environment\n

This role offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you to perform your duties from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. Operating Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will have the opportunity to develop your own workspace while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. We provide tools and support necessary to ensure seamless virtual communication and therapy delivery.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions with clients utilizing video conferencing software and digital communication tools.
\n
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of clients’ needs and goals.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic practices to address issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and stress management.
\n
• Regularly document and maintain accurate client progress notes and treatment records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines.

• Engage in continual professional development and participate in case consultations and team meetings.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing a range of emotional and psychological challenges. Your role is essential in providing accessible mental health care to those who may struggle with stigma or barriers to traditional therapy settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current licensing as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients in a remote setting.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a compassionate and responsive approach.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience providing therapy or counseling services.

Compensation and Benefits\n
