Office Administrator

On site 5x a week | 2-month Contract | 30-32/HR Must-Haves 3+ years of HR Coordinator or HR Generalist experience Handling all Admin work for the HR Team (ie: New Hire Onboarding, Welcome emails, coordinating training for New Hires, Onboarding Paperwork Including I-9's) Experience supporting HR Business Partners/ Sr. HR Managers Strong experience with the MS Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.) Effective communication and interpersonal skills & Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter and high initiative – Strong Employee customer service Plusses Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business HRBP/ HR Generalist background would be beneficial Day to Day As a HR Coordinator, you will function as a Sr. Admin of the HR Business Partner and Sr. HR Manager — You will be handling candidate new hire onboarding and paperwork including I-9’s, welcome emails, coordinating training for new hires and other HR administrative duties. You will be working closely with the HR Management Team on a daily basis. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr Insight Global
