Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing a range of methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short-term therapy.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring that client confidentiality is upheld.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay updated on the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

Compensation and Benefits\n
