Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored specifically to the needs of clients, conducting thorough evaluations and assessments.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Deliver group, family, couples, and individual therapy sessions that foster healing, growth, and personal development.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Colorado is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of experience in counseling, preferably within a clinical context, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an attractive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
