Office Administrator

Gem City Tire is seeking a dependable and organized General Office worker to support our daily operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for customers, vendors, and employees while ensuring the office runs efficiently. The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, and highly proficient with Microsoft Office applications. Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner. Greet customers, vendors, and visitors. Manage email correspondence and office communications. Create, edit, and maintain documents, spreadsheets, and reports using Microsoft Office. Enter and maintain accurate data in company systems. Assist with filing, recordkeeping, and document management. Support management and various departments with administrative tasks. Coordinate office supplies and general office organization. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Strong Microsoft Office skills required (Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Professional attitude and customer service mindset. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous office, administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred. Previous accounting experience preferred.
