Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to client needs, incorporating evidence-based methodologies and tools as recommended by our clinical team.

• Document all client interactions, assessments, treatment plans, and progress in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and agency policies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to construct and implement individualized positive behavior support plans, which enhance client engagement and promote effective strategies for behavioral management.

• Serve as a liaison with state agencies, community partners, and service systems, facilitating clear communication and resource sharing to optimize client services.

• Engage in all licensing and accreditation processes, demonstrating commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in mental health practices.

• Establish and sustain productive relationships with local, state, and federal organizations to identify potential partnerships, funding, and program opportunities.
