Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments to identify client needs.

• Collaborate with clients to create individualized treatment plans that address their specific mental health goals and cultural considerations.
\n
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in individual, couple, family, and group settings.

• Provide crisis intervention services and foster cooperation with healthcare professionals to maintain continuity of care for clients in acute distress.

• Maintain thorough, accurate clinical documentation—including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries—following clinic policies and regulatory guidelines.

• Deliver psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with essential knowledge and skills to effectively manage their mental health conditions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

• Regularly assess treatment outcomes to evaluate the effectiveness of approaches used and make necessary modifications to treatment plans.

• Stay updated on current research, trends, and best practices in mental health treatment, integrating this knowledge into your clinical practice.

• Adhere to ethical standards and safeguard the confidentiality of all patient information.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
\n
