Florida Territory Manager

Florida Territory Manager We are seeking a Territory Manager to own and grow Athletic Brewing’s business within the Central/West Florida market. The role is highly field-based, focused on executing trade activities, building relationships, and driving measurable growth. Responsibilities Represent Athletic Brewing’s values and mission throughout the territory. Maintain and cultivate relationships with distributors, key retail buyers, brand partners, and other stakeholders. Conduct sales launch presentations, work‑with sessions, and events/samplings at key accounts. Travel the market in a personal vehicle 5 days per week to visit accounts and execute displays. Log a minimum of 36 hours in trade time per week and conduct at least six sampling events every 90 days. Record VIP KARMA Survey interactions for every retail account visited and submit photos with each visit. Complete Standard Survey and Commitment Tracker for all surveyed accounts on-site. Provide weekly recaps to distributors with actionable items for adding items or displays. Support sales volume and distribution by identifying new opportunities and motivating distributor teams to prioritize our products. Assist with activations, events, and other duties as assigned. Desired Experience & Traits Passionate, honest, dependable with strong attention to detail. Team‑oriented, results‑driven, and committed to quality. Physically able to deliver beer and set up events, including lifting and climbing stairs. Capable of traveling freely and regularly within the territory. Independent, disciplined, self‑driven, and a good communicator. Proactive in building relationships with new contacts and motivating distributor partners. Curious about improving systems and having a positive impact on customers. Interested in the brewing industry and community. Available to work nights and weekends as needed, and willing to relocate or live within commutable distance of Tampa, St.Petersburg, or Orlando. Qualifications 4‑year college degree. Experience in the beverage/restaurant/distributor industry (valued). Cicerone Level1 certification (valued). Strong market‑selling skills (valued). Clean driving record. Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Annual sales bonus up to 10% of base pay and quarterly performance bonus of up to $10,000. Eligible for vehicle reimbursement through the company’s Fixed and Variable Rate (FAVR) program. Physical Demands The role requires walking, bending, stooping, reaching, and lifting 25+lbs, with daily travel by car for up to 8+hours.
