Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and symptoms.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that reflect evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to specific client goals.

• Meet with clients regularly to monitor progress, adjust treatment strategies, and provide ongoing support through various therapeutic modalities, including individual and group therapy.

• Document progress and interventions comprehensively in our EHR system to maintain accurate client records.

• Facilitate referrals to other healthcare providers, including psychiatrists, when additional support or medication management is required.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation with colleagues to continuously enhance therapeutic techniques and share insights on client cases.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will work with a diverse array of clients confronting mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance abuse. Your clientele may include adults dealing with life transitions, family dynamics, and behavioral issues. You will also advocate for marginalized groups, fostering a culturally responsive and inclusive environment that respects individual differences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC/MHSP, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of four years of professional experience in the mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
