Schedule

? Monday-Thursday: 5:30 AM - 4:00 PM

? 3-Day Weekends Most Weeks

? Optional Overtime Available on Fridays

What We're Looking For

• Previous MIG and/or TIG welding experience

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience working with stainless steel and aluminum preferred

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Ephrata, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.

401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2%

• 4 Tiers: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children, Family. 3 plan options: PPO, HDHP Gold, HDHP Silver
• Dental and Vision Plans
• Basic life insurance coverage of $30,000
• PTO: 60 hours in first 2 years, then 100 hours year 2-5, 140 hours year 5-10, 180 hours at 10 years and after
